This policy explains what personal data this website collects, why, and who processes it. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to respond to you, and we don't sell it or use it for advertising.
Who we are

Contact form
The Book a Consultation form works entirely in your browser. When you submit it, your browser composes an email in your own mail app addressed to us. Nothing you type is transmitted to or stored on our servers — the details only leave your device once you send that email yourself. We then hold your message the same way we would any email you send us.
Live chat
If you start a chat using the widget on our pages, you provide your name, email, and the messages you send. These are processed by Wix, our website and chat provider, so that we receive and can reply to your conversation. We use this information only to respond to you. Wix processes it on our behalf under their own privacy terms. If you'd rather not use chat, email us at support@biganalytixs.com instead.
Interactive demos
Some pages offer interactive demos (built on synthetic data). To open one, we ask for your name and work email so we can follow up. These are stored as a contact in Wix, our CRM provider. You can also tick an optional box to receive occasional email updates from us — that box is off by default, and leaving it unchecked still lets you view the demo. If you opt in, you can unsubscribe any time using the link in our emails or by emailing support@biganalytixs.com. We ask once per browser, not on every demo.
Assessments & tools
Our Analytics Maturity Assessment (and similar interactive tools) scores your answers entirely in your browser. To unlock your full report we ask for your name and work email, stored as a contact in Wix, our CRM provider, along with a short summary of your result so we can follow up usefully. The optional updates checkbox works exactly as described above, and you can unsubscribe any time.
Analytics & cookies
We use Google Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how visitors use the site (for example, which pages are viewed and roughly where traffic comes from). Google Analytics sets cookies and shares usage data with Google, which acts as a processor for this purpose.
Analytics does not run unless you allow it. On your first visit we ask for your choice with a consent banner. Nothing is loaded and no cookies are set until you click Accept. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set. Your choice is remembered in your browser; to change it, clear this site's data in your browser settings and choose again on your next visit.
What we don't do
- We don't sell or rent your personal data.
- We don't use your data for advertising or profiling.
- We don't collect more than what's described above.
Your choices
You can decline analytics at any time, and you can ask us to access or delete the personal data you've shared with us by email. To make a request, contact support@biganalytixs.com.

If we change how this site handles data, we'll update this page and the "last updated" date above.
